This has been in a few other threads but gotten buried, but clearly leadership is feeling the pressure having (quietly) given into tech earlier this week.
3/2 is at least something, and while it doesn’t directly help anyone outside of tech, it does show they are having to be flexible.
Next step, fight the inequity and get 3/2 for other groups/roles that have no/minimal reason to be in the office every day (if ever, let’s be honest.) Then maybe we can actually convince leadership that a rigid 1 size fits all approach isn’t the way to go at all (I can dream can’t I?)
I’d still love to see those survey results too! I’m sure they were exactly what BM WASN’T hoping for in terms of people falling in line.
