Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Where and what happened to the Brea team at 275 Valencia Ave California?

What happens to the associates located in this area? Layoff? Hybrid? Relocated???

There are multiple lines of business in the Brea building. The building was sold and everyone must be out by July. Everyone that I have spoken to there are still in the dark about what's going to happen moving forward. They assume it's just going to remain WFH but they are not certain.

Any word on what's going to happen to the remaining people still working from home from Brea? I was told a lot of depts were moved to another state and people were offered different positions?

Is the Brea team a financial advisor team?

Brea team had lost their office so this is why they were eligible to WFH, no hiring for that because bank cannot allow more folks to WFH.

Regarding national project teams, the folks in SoCal have long experience with being just a voice, a face on the end of a wire.

That is not far. If they offer WFH for the BREA team, they need to offer it for anyone who wants it.
