Maybe I’d keep quiet and not make complaints about pay if BoA wasn’t constantly adding more work to my plate. Workload has already become insane. I am partly to blame for agreeing to worse and worse working conditions and not leaving earlier. How much has your workload increased over the past year?

The work load has increase and the rate of pay is a fuhking joke. I am half assing my job and don't give a fcuk anymore. When we have conference calls in the morning, I am on my phone watching sports center. I don't listen to none of the bullshilt these managers say. This place is a fuhking cesspool. The pay is shlit and the leadership sucks.
