Is there a cap on what an FA can pay for supplemental comp? How many have FAs that don’t pay? Why is this not a mandated 2-5 percent??

Thank you so much for replying!! I really appreciate it. I thought there was a max of 2%…but clearly I’m just underpaid by a ton. I really don’t like how they are using FA comp towards the upcoming raise decisions. It’s leaving a lot of well deserving CAs left out.
My FA pays me a set amount each month. Currently equates to approx 5% of his production. I make $5k a month in comp. Some CAs male $1k a month. All at FAs discretion
