Eliminate the $100,000 to $250,000 tier entirely. Give working people a chance to make it financially.

Sounds to me like the poster if this is bitter and jealous. Lol
I make over 150K, but haven't gotten a raise in years because I am at the "top of the range". COL as we all know has drastically increased.
I am getting ready to move to "A VAN DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!!"
I make over 100K in a HCOL and if it weren’t for my high earning spouse I’d be living in a RV. 100K is peanuts.
OP is talking about removing the tiers in order to get the increase in pay I.e. $100k is no longer a living wage for a family of four and they should also get a COL adjustment.
Step 1. They eliminated the band for the EV auto purchase. So someone is listening.
So everyone should make under $100K??? I think Putin is recruiting.
I guess you have no ambition to rise thru the ranks to make over $100k ever in your future...?
Completely agree, this isn’t the 80s anymore, shoot even the 90s. We are in a hyper-inflationary period where cost of living has outpaced every other metric.
The fact they are doing this shows that either A) they are completely out of touch with reality or B) they ran the numbers and it’s just way way less expensive to exclude the >$100k peeps from whatever incentive they’re meagerly handing out.
wut?
I guess HR is reading the boards again.
