What kind of place is this that does not even use Zoom? Even churches use Zoom! Antiquated technology!

It took Gadget about a dozen quarterly town halls for us to simply scale our network enough to have a global town hall with Webex, which was a mature product at the time. Teams is great but its buggy, not completely rolled out yet and it does not scale as Webex does.

D-mbest post I've seen on here in awhile. MS Teams is way better, especially for business purposes. The only antiquated thing here is you. For the record I think BNYM is a terrible firm to work for and I've just accepted a substantially better offer another elsewhere. That being said, the last thing id complain about is Zoom.

If you’re using free Zoom personally then you are the product. Get LifeLock or something better.
You can use Zoom. Go to Access Hub and install it. You can't host Zoom calls, but you can attend Zoom meetings via the Zoom desktop app. Teams works very well in my opinion.
