Employee Survey

BofA probably know they won't have good survey results?
I believe the results will be worse than ever.

Survey is rigged. My manager was not performing or following up on things he said he was going to do. Associates caught on to that and we as managers were penalized if the survey scores were low. Some managers were moved and new blood brought in. Well guess what Karna is a B.

The survey is a waste of time to fill out because these so call leaders never implement anything from them. This company is one FUHKING BIG JOKE. The leadership is poor and very incompetent. The CEO lives in Lala land and goes on TV with his phony azz big head smile like everything good here at BOA.

Was told they wanted to provide "space" betw the "office survey" and the "employee survey". (you know, the one where the only choice was "work only in a bank bldg" (WFH not even a choice).

Like it will make any difference.

I am not holding back. Will see if being “anonymous” is for real.

Does it really matter? Management will spin it to two results:

  1. Senior manager is doing great
  2. Anything negative will be pinned to your immediate manager.

We'll get an email about how awesome everything is.

The survey was delayed due to “tech reasons” according to my leadership. I’m sure they wanted to get that under $100k raise out there first so they delayed it. Funny how that raise didn’t make everyone happy and actually makes people more angry that they made such an empty performative move. Haven’t heard of a date when it will come out now.

4 weeks ago the H3s in our tech area were saying it would come out mid-May, so there was some late shuffling to the schedule.

Survey will highlight that 95% of associates took the survey! Huge success!

When does the survey usually come out? I forget. Is it usually around this time of year?

They'll find a way to spin it to sound like everyone is "Happy Happy" - phenomenal benefits, increases in pay, blah, blah blah, etc.

Return to office is a HUGE success! and other lies.
