I have been following this forum for a long time and I wouldn't want to offend anyone, but how come everyone thinks they are hard workers? I know the person who does a really sloppy job, but she also says that she is a hard worker. There seems to be no one here who works the bare minimum, as this company deserves.

Why not just worry about yourself?
the hard workers are the ones that actually work and not walk around in circles all day like some of these dimwits in my store. thats my standard for this sorry company, and its a good one.

So judgmental.
It's human nature. Everyone comes to me to complain about everyone else, saying "so and so is always talking, and I am the only one that works." Usually I just tell the complaining TM all the tasks the Tm they are complaining about accomplished and they calm down.
Also, just because someone isn't meeting your expectations doesn't mean they aren't working as hard as they can. Not everyone will be rock stars especially if they are new.
