So you’re monitoring this site for layoff news, daily, even though by your own admission, the majority of posts are about the dim witted idea of bringing everyone back into the office.

SO, not only do you keep visiting this site for news of layoffs, (must be terrible to be so job insecure, maybe you’re not as great of a worker as you think you are), but you also have to waste time bashing fellow workers who simply won’t stand for the status quo.

I don’t know, but this argument of yours seems flimsy at best. It honestly appears to me that you’re a real live troll. Wasn’t aware they were legally allowed to work at the bank?

Well good luck in your site monitoring endeavors, I’m hoping bofa doesn’t lay you off because it probably will be very hard for you to get a new job since you’re so anxious about keeping this horrible one.

I don't think people realize how much is monitored, but reviewing the data and actual action only comes down if management has an agenda or there is a business need.

@1kzq+1gm9BmLW is 100% correct. Everything is tracked. And has been for years. In the 90s phone logs were printed out & scrutinized. Computer history too. It's accelerated to levels that are difficult to fight now but please keep company stuff off your phone. Cameras anyone? They're there. Health history? You'd be surprised at what they know.

If you’re so happy at bofa, why are you on a site where people anonymously complain about bofa.

Makes zero sense.

People that are in love with their jobs don’t waste time monitoring this site, and more importantly, don’t waste time commenting on every RTO post saying we should all either “suck it up” or “find another job”.

Again, if coming to the office is that bad for some of you, time to find another job.

You are tracked on everything you do. That is no secret. They know every website you visit and have every keystroke you make, everything is logged and kept on your file.

Heck, they know how many cigarette and bathroom breaks you take.

Some of you are clueless.

BofA has pulled badge swipe reports… not a secret, not new news. Means nothing-

I swipe right on Tinder when I RTO knowing the hotties are right there in the office. We can then grab coffee, lunch, or drink after work or maybe book a confernce room.

BAC has tracked workers for 15 years now, maybe more. Seriously, it's not a well hidden secret.

Don't want to give them ideas, but yes. Not being done yet but possible.

For those who live close to the office… would they even know if you went into the office in the morning just to swipe your badge and then left to go back home? Not that I would ever do that. Just asking out of curiosity.

I thought JP Morgan went fully remote for 50% of those employees?

Could give two craps about the tracking. Staying WFH

I’m not surprised. They have always been able to track badge swipes and the location you’re logging in from. Track it all you want, but until they use the data to enforce attendance (at JP or here) it’s kind of pointless. Who is going to bend first? Employees or leadership?
