So today we were told by 05/16 4 days and 06/16 5 days. Also when someone stated how productive we were we were told that "yes we were productive as individuals but not as a team"??? Paying for parking, gas, and inflation plus all talk regarding being "green" ect.. why go 5 days before the survey results even come out. Also unvaccinated will be sitting with us and no social distancing. The building is run down ect..The bank is out of touch. Guess the 3k in stock isn't enough to make people stay. What a slap in the faces.

I agree with everything you said except for the part about you being concerned sitting next to the unvaccinated with no social distancing. You realize even with the vaccine, you yourself, can still spread the virus. The vaccine doesn’t work.
GET THE HE-L OUT OF THIS COMPANY ASAP! LOW PAY, NO ADVANCEMENT, INEPT AND STUPID LEADERS. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SHLITHOLE!

The payback for this bank is to get out. If enough skilled people leave they will start hiring cashiers at McDonald’s and Walmart to do the work because that’s all they will find. BM touts College Grads but think about it, would college Grads take a job five days in the office for less than average pay or go to the companies offering remote and more pay. I stopped complaining and spend time posting and interviewing.
