So in my office we got a stupid bag of popcorn thanking us for coming back to the office. Are these people that out of touch with reality that they think a bag of popcorn is going to bring up morale and be thankful to be back in the office? All I can do is laugh at this point lol

We need to unionize, plain and simple. Together we hold the power. The abolishment of unions in the US only benefitted the corporations and billionaire class, why don’t people realize that?
I said it before and I’ll say it again. Time to unionize.
They have had it their way long enough.
It’s time to make them listen and comply with what we really want.
Time to focus on what matters.
With the stuff that actually matters, not popcorn, cupcakes, fruit, snacks, free lunches.
I bet if we all joined together to achieve that they would surely rethink their WFH process
What is really a risk? WFH or a union in their mix.
It would be so cool if I thought of the bank as generous. Right now I consider it to be stingy, greedy, shady, untrustworthy, unappreciative, tone deaf, and out of date. They say our salaries are in line with other companies yet they want us to exceed in performance. Seems a bit one sided
Other companies are hosting free monthly happy hours with beer, wine, and heavy appetizers. BofA gives you a bag of popcorn. BM using that extra money to buy back more of his stock.
Maybe a way to check and see who's showing up? Bag of popcorn no longer on Barry's desk? Must've been in the office this week. Martha's bag is still there however...
How's that different from having popcorn when working from home? Oh, that's right, you can watch movies while javing your popcorn while "working from home".
Morale is so low now even a filet migon dinner won't make an impact. And no, I'm not vegan.

I told you mutherfuhkers this company is azz backwards. They can take their cheap bag of popcorn and shove it up their azz. I am done with this RTO and working in a unsafe office. I an documenting everything in our office that is below OSHA industry standards.
