Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

I don't think BofA will like the drop in productivity

At first I was frustrated by the decision to go back to the office. There is absolutely no reason to spend money on gas and waste time in traffic. If I really saw the point of RTO, I wouldn’t complain. But now I come to work with a smile because I realized that I will actually work less in the office.
However, I'm not sure how satisfied BofA will be with the drop in productivity compared to the period when I worked from home. I don't even know if they will like it when I find a full remote job and leave this one where I worked enough for two people.

If they outsource to India or another country, then they wouldn't be in the Bank core locations either.

They will just continue to outsource labor. Don't have to worry about RTO when you contract out most of the work
