Everyone is quitting in DROVES!

Literally… one day after the other it’s a constant talent drain. Have you noticed this in your department too? I’ve never seen so many managers and upper managers leave!

i recently heard a comment that the HR department is a revolving door. they are having trouble keeping people in their seats.

The unskilled workers part is true! Technology role and used the software in a previous role but is having trouble learning anything new so far.

They're mostly retiring, and for some they're leaving due to "family emergencies" aka they just found another job somewhere else.

Domino effect. Zombie organization is too large, lethargic, incompetent to move swiftly to stop a mass exodus. Namely, a shift towards a corporate culture that recognizes the worth of its most valuable asset - its employees.
