As if you owned this company. They will kick you out as soon as they feel like getting rid of you, regardless of what you do. So keep fighting for the corporation you own 😂. The rest of us will keep performing above and beyond from home. Enjoy your donuts and pizza, more for you, you're welcome.

Well, he's interested having as many people as possible on the road, he sells cars, what do you expect, he needs to create demand. I hope he's not serious about colonizing Mars, those people would be cooped up 24/7 on that planet...well, maybe a short 'walk' outside.

Elon is a joke. Tesla segregates black workers and then openly calls the area where they work the plantation. Elon is aware of this.

He’s also gone on record stating that he would like workers to work 12 hr days and sleep at work.

OP is clearly a bootlicker going against his/her own interest. News flash, you’re not a billionaire OP, why don’t you support your fellow worker instead of suc king up to the corporate overlords on an anonymous site.

All office employees should resign all at once and Ford/GM/others should give them jobs. I'm sure they would love to get some Tesla talent working for them. Ford/GM can hire the entire department now - they don't even need to interview/create resume/etc. - just make it a lateral move from one company to another. Same salary, same benefits, same managers, same groups, same type of work and the ability to work in a flexible remote environment (the added benefit).

Did he just get the green light to join the CCP? This is America. Not China.

Just because Elon did/said some things people like doesn’t mean he’s right on everything. Let’s see how that works out for his company more so Twitter when he does take it over. I can see the employees at Tesla needs to be on-site but Twitter is a different story. I think Elon believes that just because most people like some of his ideas they’re going to like everything he says. Remote work is here to stay no matter what Elon says. Thankfully he doesn’t get to decide for every company.

lol yea sure let me commute 2-3 hours a day so I can sit on the phone and talk to my manager and team that are in different cities. Theres no point to going in the office anymore for most of us. I only talk to others in the office to complain about the coffee or bs about the weather.

Sure, listen to the greedy control freak who was born wealthy and exploits his employees. I'm sure he has tons in common with the average American worker and has our best interests at heart.

We complain because we want what's best for the bank and it's workers when this is such an obvious d-mb decision. The pandemic has shown us what a waste of time coming into the office is.

Oh and by the way, there are literally thousands of people leaving. Maybe in your position you don't talk to anyone else at the bank but I work in Tech risk and work across all business units in tech, operations, and the FLUs. Every single team that I talk to has had turn over directly related to the return to office. It's just crazy because I haven't seen anything like this in the 9 years that I have worked here.

We are leaving which is why the bank is hemorrhaging talent. Take a look at the tens of thousands of open positions including the hundred or so executives that left.

Go ask a hiring manager or HR how hiring is going. Most people refuse offers when they find out there is no remote option. This is only hurting the bank in the long run.
