The bank may not fire you for not coming in BUT your manager will make your life miserable. Believe it or not there ARE managers that have no wiggle room with regard to RTO
Then go back to WFH. Be productive and keep it moving.
I tried that hybrid thing, but they are not going to fire you. I made the executive decision to impliment a full wfh schedule for me...I suggest you look into it..
I mean full WFH, if somebody plans to come here to yell "but you still WFH a few days each week!"
