You should either be learning something new at a job, or getting paid big bucks. If neither is happening for you, it’s time to leave a job.

All of those signs apply to this shlithole company. I am just halfazzing my job everyday until a better career comes. This place is just one big disaster. I have nonenglish speaking mutherfockers on conference calls every week. I have managers that are totally useless. I mean they don't know shilt about anything . This applies to upper managers also. This company has so many empty suit mutherfockers and it ain't funny. Many of them walk around thinking they are the shlit but they are all full of it.

Your boss spreads vicious rumors to degrade your professional reputation.
You have phenomenal sales numbers, but still get treated like a dog.

Your employer records your calls, computer activities, and tracks your physical movements like you're a prisoner.
You're micro-managed to the nth degree by nitwits.
Your manager is ridiculously incompetent, inexperienced, and uneducated.
Your employer rewards salespeople who fudge numbers, penalizes those that don't.
Promotions go to the undeserving, the brown-nosing busy bodies.
Your job is outsourced to workers half your age.
Middle management is a revolving door.
Managers engage in overt age discrimination.
Annual bonuses are non-existent while senior leadership is rewarded handsomely.
