Had an amusing all hands call with my org leader today. Boy, can she say a lot of words without actually saying anything. Hybrid? Still thinking, so much thinking thinking thinking thinking. So many people tell her how much they love the office, it’s so great, we wouldn’t believe how happy they say they are. Everything is so great, so happy.

They like to hear themselves talk that’s it. It’s their coverup for lack of knowledge of the role they are in.
I stopped joining all hands calls a year ago. Haven't missed a thing.

She didn’t even believe what she was saying. Could tell she’s tired of repeating this stuff- but senior bank leaders have been dragging their feet so long that many LOB leaders are literally just exhausted with covering for the mess at this point. However, this is probably the same leader who said “if you can go to a grocery store, you can go to the office”…. Uh, okayyyy… as if we sit in the grocery store 18inches from 3 other individuals for 8 hours straight?! Good grief!
I don't even listen any more of these "All hands call" bulshlit . It's a complete waste of time listening to these mutherfockers talk so long about nothing. I think a lot of them just want to hear themselves talk . This company is a total failure from the Blockhead fuhking Ceo on down. I get tired of seeing this phony azz on tv talking about nothing and he can't even fix his own company.
