Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Shaping long-term, sustainable changes to our workplace

I’m not buying what they’re selling.

How long does it take to make a decision?

We want to reduce our carbon footprint but making associates commute 5 days a week is acceptable, how about flying half way around the world on a private jet to strategize about ESG and the WEF are also something of a necessity.

Get bent! This strategy is troublesome at best and we need to allow hybrid or those who need the office to go in - as needed.

If the feedback about WFH was as positive as they stated in that BS announcement, they would have allowed comments on the article they posted about it in Flagscape.

Like one of the posters said - they want all of us working stiffs to get used to 5x a week. That way when they give us 1 day at home we kiss their feet. Either that, or they give us nothing and we just take it quietly.

Terrible place to work.

Until they release hybrid or some WFH option I am tanking every survey the send me. 1’s down the board.
I encourage you all to do this also.
Make the shareholders see the reckoning, get BofA dropped from 500 list top places to work and watch the shareholders scramble.

So, the results they promised by the end of Spring were that they're going review the results and take action in the beginning of fall. Interesting. It feels like they're hoping people will get used to being in the office if they hold them captive for a little longer. It's almost as if they weren't expecting such a negative response so they need more time to delicately tell us all to f*ck off

I just want to know what survey results they are looking at. Obviously not the majority

So angry!!! As we continue to lie and manipulate what we think employees want, get ready to bend you over and sacrifice your life to give to the company. Everyone knows no one comes in person to collaborate, we do it over WebEx and Skype. Unbelievable!!!

That email was a joke! It’s just another way to make their employees think they care that’s all it is and then when we finally get the survey they will say that everyone rated the company as an excellent place to work and that everyone wants to be in the office so they can “collaborate” It’s time to get the “F” out of this place!

This is all about survey results. I work in an area that does not have a ton of vocal complainers and this blew our group chat UP!

That entire e-mail was a bunch of BS! Once again trying to stretch things out to gain a favorable survey. Sorry BoFA...the bloodbath is coming.
