Oh, I forgot. Also received fewer shares of stock that were the "same monetary value as the award in prior years." Funny how that worked out with the stock sitting at 60% of its value in February.

You are working too hard for that amount of money. Don't be afraid of a job move.

7% is the max in general--the ones that they tell us rank-and-file folks in their communications, but there are circumstances that BoA won't disclosed, such as how much raise and bonus VPs and directors get, that should it get out there in public knowledge, employees will revolt.

As for the 15% raise, first I make under 100K; second been in my position with no promotion whatsoever for 15 years (since previous management kept promoting her favorite pets for doing minimal work); third, since there's a promotion freeze in my LoB, someone in new management and maybe HR saw that I'm due for a promotion but can't give me one, they'll give me the 15% (20% would've been a promotion). Plus, I've been working my bu++ off getting involved with all the transformational changes, having early and late meetings with our outsourced counterparts, that lead to nowhere, but I still did all the work and documentations and bs powerpoint slides and all. Gotta play their game to keep paying my bills and student loans, you know.

15 years exceeds/meets 6.99%. They can’t explain to me what they needed that .01% for so I’m fighting it. I make starting wages at this place and this is how they treat people… FOOK THAT!

Honestly this raise for sub 100k was a hard one to swallow for those of us making more. We worked just as hard and literally got nothing for it.

@1ice+1h3g6kuO Did they explain why you got 15% when the max is 7%? Just curious how you got so much.

Years of service does not matter at all. If anything, possibly time since your last increase or to restore a haircut you received over the past 1 or 2 years.

Which only puts you where you were. Not matching inflation.

Again makes no sense on who got what based on tenure. Looks like no matter what your tenure is. It’s pretty much the same increase across the board.
