So many people are moving to new internal roles. Good for them, except their roles are not being replaced! Their work is expected to be absorbed by those remaining. So they need to stop bragging about filling roles with internal candidates because all they are doing is screwing everyone left behind.

They are moving on because they want to WFH and don’t want to manage people.
This is happening in my part of the org as well. It blows my mind how people are leaving in droves yet they are expectation those remaining to take on the extra work. Morale is lower than ever before and this is a nightmare
