I recently had a debate with a friend who works for direct competitors about why working for BofA is better, or worse, than working for direct competitors. Apparently, the differences are in the nuances and are mostly seen in long term. What do you think?

Whatever it is, if it rubs you the wrong way you don’t have to put up with it. Send a message with your feet. Vacate your seat and let someone else have a go at it.
It’s all about shades of bu-----t. In one place it may be chocolate brown. In another, it may be champagne gold.
