I'm totally drained and I still haven't found a new job. How do the rest of you manage to deal with heavy workloads?

sit back and relax
It’s a sweatshop no doubt. You just need to carve out time in your limited off hours to do your job hunt. It’s like a cult where you’re worked around the clock and too tired to effect your escape. Not saying that it’s easy, just saying that you gotta do it. Every job offer that doesn’t materialize puts you one interview closer to the one that will come through.
I do the needful by working 12+ hours everyday.
Simple. Don't be afraid to tell your manager you didn't have time to do something.
I would have to agree. I have a really large workload and I’m always rushing to shoot my load onto someone else just so I can catch a break.
