I've applied to 3 jobs in the bank and have not heard back....it's been 3 weeks. I don't think they want to hire anyone or make transfers.

It would make more sense to transfer associates to backfill open positions versus laying them off.

Layoffs.. at BofA? I mean, look at the career site- pretty sure they’re not overstuffed based on the many many open requisitions that HR can’t fill.
