Seriously, we are all adults- we DO NOT NEED 6 reminders to take the damn survey in one day! Already dreading tomorrow.. if people Have it done it yet, they probably don’t want to! They need to stop and accept that they’re not getting the prestigious “best place to work” bragging rights this year!

Another one today. Haven't they got the point that people who have not answered are not interested in filling the survey? Nothing comes out of it so why bother.
@2tih+1hCnDrrg - exactly!!!! Response rate of this survey is TOTALLY MEANINGLESS, because they hound us to do it. It's practically compulsory. (hounding by emails and managers to complete the d@mn thing is NOT "engagement")
Note to Management: Just go back thru ANY prior year survey (pick a year, any year) for input on the changes needed and then MAKE THEM.
But nope! responses will be IGNORED same as EVERY YEAR. Total waste of time Bank of Annoyance.
Totally agree! They're more interested in showing off how many people answered the survey than actually doing something radical to change their toxic corporate culture. The survey's response rate is the only figure they can use to reflect their supposed 'success'.
Lost count at 30 how many reminders we got about the survey.
One reminder should be enough. People will either do it or not abd if they are forced to do it the survey won’t be favorable.
