All banks will get hit hard. The fed has just barely began QT… out come will be more lay offs. Best thing you can do is play the stock market rather than waste your time working 9-5

I skipped this town hall because I had to visit the HR for my next role (external) to complete my onboarding. It was strangely liberating. Some of you ought to try.

Watched that town hall and it looked like Brian had a little stress flair on his old lippy. Also saw 1 whole person wearing a mask jammed up in that auditorium, so that should pan out well in the next few days. I never really understand what they are saying other than shareholder getting money, keep doing your job, we’re the best! It’s all so funny.

What was up with Brian, acted like he was stressing out and taking a page from corn pop’s public speaking class.

They should have a good fuhking 2nd quarter report. I mean you give your employees a shlitty cost of living wage and this blockhead mutherucking CEO give himself a 30 million dollar raise or whatever it was. I really don't care about this shlithole of a bank anymore. Upper level management don't give a fuhk about us and it shows with RTO and shlitty raise we were given.

I am so happy for the company. Their priority of making money for themselves and shareholders is awesome for us meaningless cogs. Stock Buybacks ... great for Brian! Raising the dividend ... great for Brian! And with all his minimum wage wokeness, the press loves him too! World Affairs Council's citizen!

Meanwhile those of us getting ki---d with inflation get nothing. Hey, did you know that that 1 cent increase means BAC put $85 million out. Not that they could of used any of that for the people who made them successful.

Who cares? Doesn't matter how the company does as it never related directly to compensation, bonuses or RSUs.

About what I expected. The board and executive team need to take action on attrition in key areas. Regulatory, compliance, and operational risk is being seeded as a direct cause from not having best talent in-place.

Maybe they'll wait a bit with potential layoffs?
