BONY pay for Principal in London

Please advise:

  1. what the pay range is (Min, Mid, Max) in a compliance /AML role in London, UK
  2. I believe the grades for Principal are J-L grade
  3. How much percentage of base pay can be expected as bonus
  4. Is the hierarchy VP < Principal < Senior Principal (Director) < MD . Kindly let me know. Thanks.
