If they want to replace people for cheaper labor because they can’t treat them fairly, then they’ll get what they pay for. How ridiculous would it be if bank of AMERICA predominantly hired overseas talent? How about they just do as many other companies have already done and treat their associates like ADULTS By offering them the reasonable and flexible work life. It’s been proven in so many damn surveys that it would make for happier and more efficient employees. But ignoring the facts and pretending like they have all these “wonderful options for flexibility” is just creating distrust in their transparency and culture. Side note: when you really dig in, their flexible options are cr-p- they can keep ‘em! Only senior leaders actually have flexibility, so they cannot relate to why associates are so frustrated. Senior leaders don’t have to enter their time and they could take unlimited days off or leave to take care of their kids at the drop of a dime without being deducted for time, so they seriously cannot relate to the frustration of associates who see other companies offering far better.
