Worked at Pershing. Rarely did I run into colleagues who did not try their hardest to solve a problem and got it done. So I don't buy these one star comments.
The idea was to move to a low-cost center, but the id-ots moved senior people from the JC office and never adjusted their compensation. Add on the traveling back and forth. That's the failure.
The rest is just another day at Pershing, bad service, bad attitude, antiquated product, and arrogant management. Clients don't know the difference.
Yeah. But at least the bank is diverse and inclusive!

All the detriments you mentioned have been occurring for a long, long time...
So at least BNYM has one positive attribute going for it: Consistency!
