Cronyism lead leadership, bad decisions ,overblown and overspent budget bleeding off North American consultants to pay for an operating model that supposedly was in existence last year. This is a Harvard business school case study for how to ruin a data centric organization. Fail from top to bottom from Wopper to Serial to the Cackler to the inexperienced Business Analysts wondering what the strategy is. Epic Fail
