It’s the mystery of the unknown vs the monster you know
I’ve jumped ship from several financial institutions over the years and have increased my salary dramatically. Staying stagnant at the same place means that in a few shirt years you will be making less amount of money as a new hire. This bank owes you nothing and trust me when I say that there’s better opportunities out there.

Why? It's a job here. If you don't work here whats wrong working at another financial institution. If you do not work here you do not owe BOA any loyalty other than disclosing proprietary information.
