Who was the worst STL you worked for? The worst in terms of job performance or overall competence.

Gotta love an STL that’s new to the role but acts like he’s been there for 20 years. Can’t merch to save his life and can’t stand to let anyone else shine.

somehow that beach store is a black ho-e of bad leadership....more than a few have come through those doors...including now...

south FL definitely has a couple of real dogs.......
I had one in South FL. The last I heard that he is now an ASTL. Good luck to him and his wonderful TL.
All are sub par the only thing that matters is who can take the D furthest without gagging. The job is a joke the location of the store is the onlt thing that matters. A terrible STL in a good location means nothing the only thing global cares about is when they show up is to stroke their ego. Worst STL in a good location has zero effect on the stores performance.
