Many firms on the street are planning a 3-day work week right after Labor Day. Will Robin lead or follow?

I would put money on him mandating 3 days in the office, once the summer is over. He’s an in-office kinda guy from what I know of him. No way they are going to keep paying these rents and light bills when the offices are empty.
There has never been free coffee.
I hope so… sure beats my 60 hour week!
Unvaxxed and not being invited back to the office is the ticket. There is no penalty, just a reward. For the vaxxed, there is also no reward for returning to the office except for the free coffee.
Not me. I’m unvax’d & working remotely
Some BNYM Units are already working 3+ days in office now.
Why would they cut my hours in half?
What firms are doing a three day work week? 4 day work week is in trial at several companies now.
If you mean return to office, then no, companies have actually backed off from that notion. Most now only state "in office " when duties require it. Those companies are putting it in the hands of the individual's manager.
The funny thing is that it's executives and top tier mgmt leaving the companies that are stuck in the prepandemic era of needing face to face, in person, validation. Times are changing...hopefully Robin can clearly see that and allow autonomy.
I vote for a 0 day work week --- getting laid off and a severance package
