Anyone else notice it doesn’t seem like the normal constant reminders to participate in the employee engagement survey are as much this year?

We had one on ones just so they could harass us about doing the survey
That’s because they already know what to expect. Folks have been very vocal about how they plan to complete their survey! The results should come as no surprise..
They want to use servery results to lay off.
I have lost my motivation to work at this place. The leadership is just horrible. Many of these leaders are spineless mutherfockers that promise employees shlit and couldn't deliver. Many of them avoid confrontations which I find very weak. The survey is just a waste of time. I have participated every year and still see the same mutherfockers doing the same shlit. I have seen so many people leaving this place and many more are leaving in the next few months. The pay is shlit, management is weak and we have a out of touch CEO .
I don't think so. They push hard every year. At least the 20 years I've been here.
