Who in the he-l are they going to cut/layoff from this motherfocka? People are leaving this place in droves. The leadership is out of touch with the economic crisis and the pandemic. How do they expect us to work with this shiltty salary in this inflationary market? Furthermore, these azzholes are trying to have everybody RTO by this fall. They can kiss my azz because I am leaving this shlithole soon. Fck you CEO BM
Anything mortgage related sure...some tech sure...most everything else too many people leaving on their own (quitting. retiring and new opps)...

I think so. It is being evaluated. So the survey in progress.
If there were, I would laugh so hard cause it would truly show how disconnected the higher ups and HR are from the reality hitting the company right now with attrition. And some seasoned employees are just waiting to be laid off for their severance package.

Or is the attrition really high enough to negate the need for any?
