What kind of an immoral company and people do all of us work for? Delighting and hoping for people's misery? Just to be able to make more money on top of all they're already making? I hate the fact that it's my work that makes people like that rich. And it is mine and your work that actually creates profits, it's certainly not theirs. I'll be out of here as soon as I can.

A company with no morals and delighting at peoples’ failures? Don’t work in banking. I don’t lack morals.
OP if it makes you feel better, you & the other BoA workers are included in the memo. You think they don't love you being desperate for a job? Willing to accept anything? It's all but the top 1%.
Wells Fargo is way better. No overwork.
The doors at RTO are exits also. Go somewhere else.
How RTO full swing now and are people going in 5 days a week? The grass is not greener elsewhere. Just appreciate what you have and give it your best
