Received verbal confirmation that Robin is pushing to enforce 3 days a week in office starting September. It’s being disseminated to the management layers now to start giving people notice that it is coming.

The email that just came from HR may be an indication that come September, in office will be pushed.
How about we go back to 5 days a week like it used to be? Did people forget they used to commute every day?? Geesh! Everyone wants to sit at home watching tv all day.
Correct Translation:. Work humans to death because they can't automate.
Choose to hire more H1-B instead, cream of the crop of the world
What area do you work in that you went from 0-3?
Audit is 2 in office & we were told the 3day in office rumor wasn’t true.
Just heard this from my manager this morning, ridiculous to go from 0 to 3 days a week in a month time frame.
Glad I am working from home with a different company now. Feel sorry for you all Still trying to figure out this company's next moves.
"2-3 days ideal" works for me. I'll take ideal as optional - maybe 1 day every 2 weeks
Robin said in a town hall 2-3 days in the office was ideal…
H1B hires are the answer to the millennial workforce. Americans brought up on safe spaces and participation trophies are never going to match an H1B worker.
I’d advise to hire more H1B workers. They are pretty much everything you want in an employee and they get far more done with no drama.
Audit was told this rumor is untrue but hard to know what to believe at this dump.
Try to automate you mean
This company wants drones who put company before themselves. Even RV says clients 1st, company 2nd, employees 3rd.
Translation:. Work humans til they can't then automate.
To poster number one, great point. I have been asking the same, receiving no reply. Oh well, we knew it was coming.
What do you think will happen if someone says that they are unable to come in because of various reasons. Do you think they will really fire people? When they already can't fill the current open positions? Perhaps a few in non key positions but any more will be detrimental to company.
i still wont go into office and nobody would care cause my boss is a busy man and doesnt have time to micromanage us
H1-B visa program is the only answer to return to office.
All applicants are single and under 30.
All are highly educated.
All are bilingual and eager to learn from you.
All are willing to stay in office 5 days a week.
And this does NOT apply to contractors/consultants!!!
And the people that were hired during the pandemic as full time remote, do they just get a free pass, while the schlubs that have been here 10 years have to trudge back to the office?
