NEW YORK, Sept. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- BNY Mellon has appointed Roman Regelman to a new role as Senior Executive Vice President and Head of Digital, effective September 17, 2018. Mr. Regelman will report to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Charles W. Scharf, and will join the firm's Executive Committee, BNY Mellon's senior-most governing body.

Does anyone know how much the total spend was and what efficiencies have been delivered? This was initially represented as a 4 year project to catch up with competitors.
I know that they've been working hard on eliminating the need for manual operations clerks and replacing with automation. This may sound weird but I havent seen anything improve in Operations and havent heard of anything being streamlined either. Worst of all I’ve moved to new systems which are even more inefficient than before.
