Not getting my hopes up, my guess 4 days a week in office starting Oct, anyone with any actual info?

Remember economics class…”there’s no such thing as a free lunch.”
Panera's for three weeks plus not getting to choose what's in the unhealthy box? It's been three days and I never want Panera again, ever.
yea, go ahead and give me heart disease with your cr---y unhealthy "free" lunch (which hardly equals my commute cost), cupcakes, pizza and then send me an email saying that my Annual Benefits cost will be increasing.
Cannot make this stuff up.
Does the head of GHR even meet with real employees anymore or just the BTRM egomaniacal sycophant execs who truly think they are doing a good job???
Not worth the gas, tolls and time to drive to the office.

I work at Wells Fargo here in Charlotte. I had a phone screen for a Sr. Role and was told it was 4 days uptown no exceptions. I said peace out!
What was really funny is that all the people working from home thought/assumed/felt entitled that they were eligible for the $15 Uber eats credit…. Like this applied in any way shape or form to anyone not RTO lol.
Saint Louis site got Panera Bread sandwich or salad, chips, cookie and soda. No organization, just put the grab and go boxes on tables, no separating by sandwich or salad.
Who is really going 5 days per week?
Their free lunch is probably a way to say sorry, you’re all coming back to RTO 5 days a wk, we don’t give a sh!+
Nope! Not even if they serve grand buffet every day. Free lunch cannot pay for stress, lost time and gas money.
Costs me way more to commute into the office than their "free" lunch.
They still come out ahead $$$-wise.
Free Lunch! Wow that totally makes up for no WFH.....they just don't get it and just don't care.
Workers need to show which one is more important to them : money saved from free lunch, OR time and money saved from WFH .
Was surprised to see but would much rather have transpaency and the dropping of forced collaboration and RTO
The “free lunch” was some super small not even tasty dish from our cafeteria. How about a real catered lunch like we used to get for the quarterly town halls 10+ years ago? Oh, you’re too cheap.
Bump up those RTO numbers before end of quarter.
That free lunch is not good. They had that shlit during the pandemic . We told them to stop sending the food because no one ate it. The only thing that was edible were the cookies. This cheap azz company got some nerve to serve shlit like this to us.
Too little too late.
btw, my price is a wee bit higher than a free lunch.
Like, how about a 33% pay increase?
Free food is always nice … Now build on it and award 300 RSUs to those that have been back in office 3 days a week.
The free lunch memo trying to bribe us back into the office is laughable
The managers who coach people for logging in from break one minute late and who discourage talking among associates need to spend some collaboration time with the group pushing the "informal connections" water cooler conversations. It is that obvious they have not met one another.
Free lunch!! im definitely going back to the office now.
