My mistake is that I didn't leave here long ago, but this place used to be much different. Someone asked an excellent question - is it the incompetence or is BoA intentionally hurting the morale of the best and most loyal?

If you haven't noticed, they are on a hiring binge bringing in very young , inexperienced people for low salaries and quietly ignoring the most tenured and devoted employees so they feel like they are no longer needed.
This place has really changed in the past few years. It’s very disappointing to continually see people with NO experience for the role get moved into that role.
The so called diversity is very one sided. You know EXACTLY what the bank means when they state they are diverse.
Really no point in staying when constantly getting kicked in the gut and knocked down while those of a diverse group are moving up the ranks.
This is the best analysis of this place ...
"This is bank being managed by a bunch of Boston white collar thugs. They only care about fattening their wallets and draining ours. I am ashamed to be apart of this shlithole bank."
You did forget Brian is a Fig Pucker

@nop+1iKZmtnI - true - or the incompetent manager just takes advantage of your high quality standards and work ethic. Story of my life. (sadly)
I was a su---r and truly believed in the bank I joined (which was acquired by the Boston Mafia).
What a freakin' waste.
I always thought that was the case here at this backward azz company. I have seen so many competent employees pass over for stupid and inept managers. We have market managers that can barely speak fking English. I guess the worst you are at your job here, you will get promoted. I am so glad I am not the only one who was thinking this.

Intentional. If you're a model employee, managers feel threatened by your competence. Plus they like to discriminate against experienced employees so they can hire less experienced for cheaper. It's a very deliberate and calculated cost cutting plan.
