Company wide freeze has been in place since November.
It’s just a re-org. A leader is probably getting more work on their plate because so much great talent left the company.

Pretty sure there’s been an undisclosed freeze in my dept for a while
Consumer Credit? If so, that div would be very busy. Usually during tough times, people tend to depend on their credit cards.

When ever there is a reorg plan, job freeze is imposed.
