Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Reputation is rapidly falling apart

I believe that BNY Mellon is rapidly losing its reputation as the best and most capable employees move to competitors. It it was up to me, I would do everything to prevent this from happening. But to our management, it seems that reputation is no longer important at all? Am I wrong?

Luke 14:10

But when you are invited, take the lowest place, so that when your host comes, he will say to you, ‘Friend, move up to a better place.’ Then you will be honored in the presence of all the other guests.

I don't know what to think. This board cultivates such a doom and gloom atmosphere, yet when I am at the office, it seems like this doom and gloom stuff doesn't exist any longer. It is more "fun" to ponder layoffs and negativity; it's human nature LOL. Tell the truth- if this was a happy post, most would either ignore it or dislike it.
