Stop with the ENACT calls on my Sunday!

Seriously!?! They’re calling me to run the latest update on my mobile phone at 10:30 at night on a Sunday!?!? WTF?!?!!?
And it’s so ridiculous that the automated voice message says they “notified me many times” when they have not!! Do they think I’m looking at my work emails all weekend?!? Sorry, nope! And it’s not like I got any text messages because my MobilePhone doesn’t have text. Had a very busy family day and could’ve done without all the stressful calls and texts after 5 PM on a Sunday!

Clearly, someone in tech wasn’t on the ball regarding this update that rolled out mid-last week, so they’re getting their a-s handed to them and annoying the he-l out of employees on a Sunday.. very unfair to disrupt associates on their day off about this.

I would’ve been fine with them shutting my corporate phone off and then paying me to take time to reactivate it.. don’t call at 10:30 unless it’s an actual emergency!

Considering I’ve been on vacation that’s pretty presumptuous the people see these updates the moment they come out. The bank has no right to blow up my personal phone at 10:30 PM on a Sunday night I don’t care what they want done with the damn phone -they can shut it off since THEY failed to focus on this 2-3 days after the update rolled out and now it’s the weekend.. don’t call me at 10:30 at night! Clearly, they didn’t consider people who are on the East Coast and being so damn late - very rude!

I didn't receive the push from Apple until Friday lunch (Eastern time zone). Installed right away and did not receive any ENACT messages (or any messages at all) over the weekend. Just update you d@mn phone when the releases are pushed.

Sad the update came out Wed and GIS finally decided to do something about it late Friday. Poor planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on mine.
