Is anyone on a team that has been pushed to RTO who has managers within their own LOB where managers are still showing in "MyWork" status on Corporate Diretory?
Senior managers as far as the damn CEO should be making sure that ALL managers who have DRs being forced into the office should also be pushed back into the office. Is it just me seeing unfairness and inconsistencies of who is being told to returned to office?
Return to office, take your boosters and just do what you’re told and stop asking questions like the rest of us!
MyWork has its own set of rules. Many people who chose to hold onto MyWork a few years back were “locked into” their org. They still can’t post out but they can slide around within their current orgs. Some had no choice (except to leave) because they aren’t near a site and some chose it for other reasons. They have some limitations. Maybe some day you’ll be the one in their shoes. Try not to be so jealous.
Why are you listening to them? None of the rest of us are. Just ignore the RTO or get the medical accommodation.
What are they going to do.... fire all of us?
Perhaps once they’re forced back, then they’ll care more about advocating for associates (and themselves) to offer more flexibility and leniency when it comes to work from home since it can easily be done (and was proven to be efficient).
Managers eligible to return to the office were called in long before their staff. Medical accommodations run pretty rampant though.
Medical accommodation or in a city not near a hub/operations center. Relax. You can be sure that if they can work in an office, they're getting beaten with the same whip as everyone else.
