We can’t volunteer. The Bank wants to control staff loss to ensure that we don’t lose the best workers. The best workers already have been leaving in droves. Sadly the Slackers win the package.
Most people here are committed to complaining and being miserable, so no. Add in we are staring down a recession; it wouldn't be very smart.
