So they bug the heck out of us to respond to test enact calls.. but then they don’t use them to notify employees that the campus is closed?!? They sent an email out after 5p Tuesday after most folks have left for the day to say they’re closing the Jacksonville campus Wed & Thu.. so we show up on Wednesday to discover our drive was a waste of time. Ignorant.

@3ysz+1jDY5Qvw Hey genius.. it’s not obvious that they would have been closed- literally every business was open! Nobody would have thought they would send a secret email after business hours for 95% of the employees in the building- and not use Enact like they do every other time! They have the enact system.. why wouldn’t they use it!?! They can kiss my @$$ next time they want me to respond when I’m busy taking care of my family since they don’t want to leverage it when it’s actually necessary.
So you rely on ENACT to tell you that an office is closed... during a hurricane... you live in FL. Wow... don't think I need to point out the obvious.
We ( my husband and I both received calls and emails, Tuesday Evening. Sucks that you had to make the drive. I find it comical that now instead of “weather days” we get WFH days. They like that we can WFH when it’s convenient for them.
I keep telling you people this is a backward azz company(BAC)...THIS COMPANY IS RUN BY EMPTY SUIT MOTHAFOCKAS!!!!
yea, our managers are so great at sharing news (or even talking to their teams).
they should've sent the message direct, esp. since we've been hounded to provide our details "for emergencies".
They sent an email to leaders on Tuesday saying Jacksonville, Tampa and Fort Myers campuses are closed and 2 hours later, when most associates were gone for the day, saying they are not.
