Lack of professionalism

This place has changed a lot. What bothers me the most is the lack of professionalism in the workplace, which used to not be the case. It is surprising that managers now in some ways protect those for whom there is no excuse for being unprofessional. It's sad.

Where is this? Cube farm? Branch? Executive office? BAC has some varied work environments.

Company created this toxic atmosphere. It is by design.

That’s what makes it difficult to manage is that other managers continue the unprofessionalism and that just keeps bleeding over to other teams making it really just a free for all.
It is very sad to see and very embarrassing.

It starts at the top. The managers see the same lack-of-professionalism in their bosses, which seems to be what gets you ahead here these days. Sad.
