Using eenie meenie miney moe as the basis for chosing people to promote into leadership roles was a big change that damaged this place.
This company is one big shlitstorm . It starts from the CEO on down. We have leaders that are out of touch with the real world. Many longterm employees are leaving and being replaced by inexperienced and incompetent azzkissers. This company is not selective anymore in the hiring process. I feel embarrassed to be apart of this shlit show. This company is shockingly being run by m.o.r.o.n.s
