Pre-Covid our monthly threshold was 72 hours per month. Now, they give us 5 days a month as if they are doing us a favor. It is just a cheap way to save severance and get people to quit. Period.
We get 8 days a month (2 days a week). It sucks. My manager let us WFH more than that before COVID! I’m effing out of this daycare!
It was easier to WFH before covid
