Cut part timers down to 4 hours a week. The regional direction is just to eliminate entire shifts before even communicating to the TM’s. Meanwhile stores run with 3-4 astls that don’t do anything whatsoever but walk around with their coffee and Yerba mate distracting team members from doing actual work. This company is bereft of leadership. Whole Foods market is disrespectful through and through. Disrespectful to their customers for charging such high prices for products they can buy at any other store now. Disrespectful to their employees by cutting hours at Christmas because of the regional failures. And lastly, disrespectful to our suppliers for wasting so much product for no reason at all.

Plus, it is easier to make money hand over fist when you fudge your o/h inventory numbers , count shrink as inventory, and blame it on the machine . All the stores are making money thats the only thing that matters. WFM doesnt care about anything but profit. They like to say they donated to causes but those donations are nothing compared to the cash they have flowing in. the reply before this makes no sense but yes , the del mar store is a dumpster fire and all the san diego stores (3 of them) suck in general. the one in la jolla is trash but busy, the one in hillcrest is the size of a shoebox and in the middle of the g-y part of town. also the busiest, which says a lot about the other 2 stores that are big and run like trash. the ASTL people are complaining about is absolute dog sht , but the TL's are just as bad in all those stores. Whole foods lost big time in San Diego.
Sw is losing out on hours due to having to cover Lmr, I work 40 plus hours a week doing bare minimum.
My STL has SW VP wrapped around his finger, and I just found out that they gave former HR a promotion bc she threatened to out all the cover up's. That's not the only fakemotion

Sorry, Bud, no excuses this year to cover up all the wrongful termination. We won't have to worry about layoffs at LMR. This guy fired everyone who spoke up or caught on.

but i know that astl and he is a b-m pos from the meat dept. the stl is great but that store is a dumpster fire overall.
