I work in fraud we are still hiring for positions so no package for me. But I can still hope.
Yup. Buckle up.
In life there are only a few certains - Death, Taxes, BofA layoffs.
I wish they would lay me off. Every. Single. Day.
They’re literally making managers go through 5 hour training courses for interviewing and hiring… that’s a ton of resources and time dedicated to hiring, so I’m not buying the layoff narrative.
Pick me, pick me!! I can't wait!!! Screwed out of my sabbatical so no reason to hang around any longer.
B4's and $200k+ be prepared :-)
Interested if/how this will impact consumer - lots of rumors around needing to cut band 4
i predict january, based on comments made to me from my manager. i also agree it might be small layoffs here and there. but I know my group will be affected.
They are still happening but not at the rate of years past. As the other comment said there are some areas that are unable to do needed work because of lack of staff.
Probably won’t do mass layoffs yet. They lost a lot of people past two years. They’d probably move people around first since they have lots of holes with no one applying. But if mass layoffs happened, likely be if recession hits deep in first quarter. Still be financial su----e for them since they don’t have enough people left now to let anyone else go.
Yes there will be. Right before Christmas
